The Ethiraj School in Vellore has a vast area that provides the perfect ambiance for an aesthetically designed school building with Neat & Clean Classrooms, Library, Laboratories, and Playground etc.
The open lawns with colorful and beautiful fresh flowers add to the beauty of the campus. Our campus also has many playing fields scattered with a few grassy knolls, some beautiful gardens along with some tree-lined avenues. A lot of efforts has gone into the design of the school.
Our faculties are content experts and surely the students are regarded as learners to the academic discipline. Faculty members are here expected to follow developments in the field so their expertise and knowledge base remain current.
New approaches to revitalizing teaching effectiveness include placing and emphasis on effective pedagogy and paying increased attention to the learning needs of the students, consequently, an emphasis on faculty members as facilitators of students’ learning has also emerged in our campus. The focus on learning incorporates a broad set of goals for learners, such as students’ mastery of content, their abilities to consider and to critique etc.

Co-curricular activities facilitate in the development of various domains of mind and personality such as intellectual development, emotional development, social development, moral development and aesthetic development. For all-round development of the child, there is a need of emotional, physical, spiritual and moral development that is complemented and supplemented by Co-curricular Activities.
Co-curricular activities are the true and practical experiences received by students. To a greater extent, the theoretical knowledge gets strengthened when a relevant co-curricular activity is organized related to the content taught in the classroom. Aesthetic development, character building, spiritual growth, physical growth, moral values, creativity, etc. are supported by co-curricular activities
